Wege Foundation believes in supporting Startup San Diego because its mission is at the cross-section of our four pillars of support. First, helping new businesses flourish and grow supports the local economy. With a health, equitable, and growing economy, the community can support the arts, focus on inclusive culture, care and be stewards of our environment and continue to build a system of resources that fosters educational and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Impact Report 2022

In 2022 it was a year of rebuilding for Startup San Diego. Coming out of the COVID virtual/hybrid era to an entirely in-person program, was a huge change for the organization. Throughout the year SSD experienced double attendance at our events and hosted San Diego Startup Week in 4 days in 4 locations.
