- Tony Long, Manager of Innovation at Northrop Grumman – Innovation lead for Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems, focusing on development and adoption of emerging technologies and corporate culture change. Employing lean startup methods and rapid development in a large corporation.
- Tyler Lay, Executive Director of Innovation Economy, Technology & Disruptive Commerce at J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking – With over 15+ years in structured finance, M&A advisory, and venture capital banking, Tyler’s career has spanned two chapters: the first building deep expertise in entertainment finance, executing $100M–$3.5B transactions for companies like Lionsgate, MGM, and Entertainment One — and the second leading JPMorgan’s San Diego Innovation Economy practice, where Tyler works with the founders building the next generation of defense, aerospace, and applied technology companies.
