Startup Fair and Showcase!

When: The Startup Fair is 3-days long, from May 29th – May 31st! The Startup Showcase is on Saturday, June 1st.

Where: San Diego Convention Center, Ballroom 6A

Why: Gain exposure to  thousands of people in the San Diego Startup and Tech Community!

Your table at the Startup Fair allows you to:

• Demo your product
• Meet and interact with potential hirees
• Educate startups about your services
• Inform startups about how your non-profit is benefiting the San Diego Startup Ecosystem

Your table at the SDSW Showcase allows you to:

• Provide a memorable, hands-on experiential demo to attendees

Each table at the Startup Fair ranges from $179 a day to $499 for all 4 days, and includes SDSW 6-Day Passes for 2 members of your team to staff the table. Tables are 6 feet, and come with two chairs. Power and WiFi are available. Bring whatever branding you want to make your booth stand out (pop up signs, tablecloths, business cards, giveaways, etc.), but note that, to avoid Convention Center labor charges, all items need to be hand-carried into the Center.

IMPORTANT TERMS OF SERVICE: Payment does NOT automatically guarantee your table at the fair. Your submission will be reviewed by SDSW team and you will be contacted of your acceptance to the fair. A refund will be issued in the case of denial.
